When will a baby stop crying all the time?
I know this is a weird question and I know babies are supposed to cry but I was just wondering what age is that they start being able to entertain themselves so that they don’t cry whenever you put them down or anything like that. My son’s almost 3 months old. I can already tell in the last couple of weeks that he does better when I leave him by himself for a little bit like on the floor but when is it that they can really entertain themselves and also being able to sit up on their own?

You are almost there Baby start cry less at around 3 months But they won’t entertain them self until about 6 months trust me it gets better My baby is almost 4 months and he stay more and more by himself everyday that goes by
Every child is different, but they normally entertain themselves when they can sit up and play with toys, and stuff like that. My girls were around 5-6 months when they could sit up and play or a least lay on their tummies and play with toys. Good luck!
It gets better, Five months is when there attention span gets better and 6 months is great. My son is almost 7 months and he is sitting up and almost crawling. He might even start crawling and sitting up about 5 months, my son refused to go on his belly till about 4.5 months, so that delayed the crawling. The best is yet to come, they grow so fast and he does so much right now. He sits up almost crawls, he moves all over the living room by rolling a scooting, he eats with his fingers, he laughs at the smallest things and he gaaas and gooos so much.
Enjoy every minute…
My baby girl is 4 months and I noticed a difference. She cries less, but is more “fussy” because she wants to do things her little body isn’t allowing her to do. She fusses when she wants to sit up nice and sturdy on her own to play with her toys but she keeps falling sideways. It’s more frustration, so I think that once she sits up on her own and be entertained by her toys she’ll be fine. *Fingers crossed*
