No it won’t. The milk will contain antibodies that will protect the baby from the cold. You can spread the cold to your baby though, so make sure you wash your hands before you ‘handle’ the baby, but the breast milk will protect the baby to a degree.

no, it shouldn’t. Baby will leave any germs he has on your nipple and then you will produce antibodies in your breast milk. I’m sure that’s what my HV told me when i was breast feeding my little one
