Why would I have 2 negative pregnancy tests but still have no period?

My last period was in December. I took one Pregnancy test in January and the other in February. Both were negative. What are some things that could be causing this. I don’t see my OBGYN until the 24th and I was just wondering if anyone had heard of this before.
