My daughter is 9 months old and will not eat her baby food. I give her bits and pieces off of my plate when i eat and she loves it. She also eats the gerber puffs, and cheese doodle puffs, cheerios, and other bite size snacks that she can eat herself. I just don’t know if that is good enough for her and if she is getting enough nutrients. Help?
